Centennial SC is a community-based not-for-profit 501(c)(3) tax exempt youth soccer organization serving communities in the Northeastern suburbs of Minnesota's Twin Cities metropolitan area.  The club was founded in 1992 as the “Chiefs Soccer Club” by David Lutz before becoming the “Centennial Soccer Club” in 1994 under Randy Lee when the Centennial School District dropped the “Chiefs” name and mascot in favor of the “Cougars”.

Centennial SC is affiliated with the Twin Cities Soccer Leagues (TCSL), which is a local youth soccer governing body.  We are governed by its bylaws, policies, and requirements.

The club currently offers a competitive soccer program and fields teams for boys and girls ages 9 – 19.  In 2017, the club began a recreation soccer program to improve its involvement with the community.  Tryouts for the competitive soccer program are typically held at the end of July for the following seasons (Fall and Spring/Summer) per the guidelines of the TCSL. Centennial SC serves the cities of Blaine, Centerville, Circle Pines, Lino Lakes, Hugo, and other surrounding communities.
