All training is supervised by Director of Coaching Gavin Pugh.

WINTER TRAINING Centennial SC offers players training during the winter months of January through March at the National Sports Center. Players attending these sessions will focus on individual technical skills and work with nationally recognized "A" and "B" licensed trainers.
On average, the winter training consists of about 10 sessions. Click here for additional information on our Winter Technical Training Program.
SPRING TRAINING
March - April During the spring months, training sessions move to the Centennial Sports Arena. Team training nights are typically on Monday and Tuesday evenings. At these sessions, the emphasis is more on team tactical skills, however, a fair amount of technical instruction is also given. The annual Centennial SC Goalkeeper Training is also offered in the spring, and is conducted by some of the top goalkeeper instructors in the Midwest. The age group breakdown for the GK training is U9-U12 and U13-U17 For additional information on our spring technical training programs, click here.
SUMMER TRAINING Training at the team level continues into the summer months. All summer traveling teams receive team based technical and tactical instruction as part of their summer registration fees. All teams are typically assigned a trainer who works with the teams starting in late-April, and continue working with teams into the month of July. All summer training sessions are held at Lino Park. Further information about our summer training can be found here.
OTHER PROGRAMS Various other training opportunities are added during the calendar year. Continue to check the Centennial SC WWW site for details. If you have any questions about a program, please send inquiries to Gavin doc@centennialsoccer.org
