Accessing the Registration System

Minimize

The Centennial SC Registration System, powered by Blue Sombrero, is your location to manage all your official club registration information. In the registration system, you will be able to set up, change and maintain your household account for parent and player information, add and remove players from programs, review your account and any payments pending, check registration status, make payments, and other administrative functions. The registration site is a secure web site maintained separately from the Club's information portal.

You will register and obtain a separate login from your login to this web portal to access the Centennial SC Registration System. This is a one-time registration process. For ease, you may use the same username and password to the Registration System as you have for this portal.

Neither Centennial SC nor Blue Sombrero maintain credit card information. Each transaction that you enter will prompt you for credit card information directly.

Registration Process Description

The Centennial SC registration processes for those programs requiring an evaluation or tryout uses an online workflow to track and manage status of the player's application. For a full explanation of this process, with a process diagram, please see this PDF document.

Centennial SC is a non-profit organization, run by volunteers. Without the crucial involvement of our membership, we don’t have a Club! Period. We don’t just need volunteers with particular expertise in soccer; there’s a lot more to keeping this organization going than things that take place on the pitch. There are many, many disciplines that can contribute in all ranges of Club activities. These are just a few:

  • Accounting and finance expertise for the Administration Committee
  • Web development and technical prowess for website and registration system management
  • Communications skills for marketing and community relations
  • Legal advice on a pro bono basis for the Club
  • Organizing skills to marshal equipment, uniforms and schedule facilities
  • Fundraising and sales skills for our Sponsorship program

And this is just a small part of the diverse skills required to keep Centennial SC growing and the resources in place to serve the youth of our area. Please consider giving of your time. No amount is too short – we’ll take an afternoon a month.

Contact us today at volunteer@centennialsoccer.org and lend us—and your players—a much needed hand.
