Director of Coaching
Gavin is an instrumental player in the development and growth of the Centennial Soccer Club. Born in Wales, United Kingdom, Gavin attended the University of Wales, Cardiff (UWIC) where he graduated with a Master in Coaching Science. After a National Championship as Director of Coaching for UWIC, Gavin came to the US where he has coached soccer players for MLS clubs Tampa Bay Mutiny and later Chicago Fire. He is also a former European semi-pro with Inter-Cardiff in League of Wales.
In 2004, Gavin started Dragon Soccer Inc., a professional soccer training company that operates in multiple states educating over 16,000 players annually about this wonderful game.

Gavin holds a USSF “A” license, UEFA “B” license, and an NSCAA Premier Diploma.
Matt comes to the club with over 11 years of soccer coaching experience, coaching for the Blaine and Centennial Soccer Clubs and at the high school level. He has a USSF "D" License and an NSCAA advanced regional diploma.
Matt works for Math Corp of Minnesota, and is studying at the University of St. Thomas to receive his teaching licensure. This is Matt's third year on the board of directors; his first as president.
He is excited to continue to work with the club to provide a high-quality, fun soccer experience for all players.
Vice President & Technical Committee Chair
Tom has been part of the Centennial Soccer Club for over 12 years. He has coached both summer and indoor rec and competitive teams and has a National "E" License.
Tom has been an integral part of the board for several years. He joined to help the board carry forward the execution of the strategic plan to develop programs to help all players achieve what they want to derive from playing the great game of soccer. He enjoys working with the parents that are always so giving of their time and energy to the club.
Tom works as an Account Manager for Mentor Graphics, an electrical CAD software provider.
U13-U19 Age Group Director
Bret is a professional soccer coach and trainer with a National "D" license. He has been a coach with the club for eight years and volunteered on the Board of Directors for the last four years. He also volunteers with the Pegasus Foundation, an outreach program that provides educational opportunities, high level soccer training and soccer equipment for youth players located in the poorest areas in Ghana, West Africa.

I am extremely grateful that I have been given the opportunity to serve them.”
U9-U12 Age Group Director
Rick grew up playing Centennial Soccer, and was a player in the club as a youth. Fast forward, and today he is a parent, coach and board member with the club – a three year veteran. And, he still plays soccer as a member of the Centennial Wiseguys in the Minnesota Recreational Soccer League. Rick enjoys playing lots of soccer and hockey with his three children.
Rick is a Construction Manager for Lennar Homes. His passion is to keep soccer alive and growing in our community.
Aaron joins the board with over 12 years of soccer coaching experience with players from U5-U18. He holds a US Soccer National "E" Level license and has a rocket left foot. He has been active as a player parent and coach with the club for the last two years.
Aaron claims soccer as his favorite sport to watch, coach, and play and he has joined the board to help continue to grow the game for kids in the community by leading the club’s U3-U8 development efforts.
When he’s not playing, coaching or watching soccer, Aaron is a Strategy, Marketing and Business Development professional with 3M.
Director At Large
Leah is an Operations Manager with Wells Fargo. She has been part of the Centennial Soccer Club for three years, two of those as a team manager. As the Director at Large, Leah provides support and guidance where needed in a variety of areas from marketing and communication to volunteer coordination and more.
Leah is passionate about the club and joined the board in an effort to continue to drive improvements in club programs which will benefit the development of our players at all age levels.
Cher comes to the club with over nine years as a player parent and volunteer coach. She has been on the board since 2014 and loves the fact that this is a community-based club giving all kids the opportunity to play soccer.
Cher is a Regulatory Analyst with 3M and in her spare time loves to play soccer and board games as well as crochet.
Todd joins the board with extensive experience coaching over 25 soccer and basketball teams in the last seven years. He spends many hours on the pitch with his four children playing and coaching soccer.
Todd is an Information Technology leader with Target Corporation and has over 20 years of experience with Target Corporation in accounting, finance, financial planning, project management and technology fields. He has experience with leading large programs and teams as well as providing strategic vision to the organization.
Todd has a Master of Business Administration Degree from University of St. Thomas in Finance. In addition, he has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Gustavus Adolphus College in Criminal Justice and Psychology.

Stephanie Moats Leibke
Stephanie has over 20 years marketing experience in education and sporting goods. She has been a player parent with the club for the last three years and is learning all about soccer. Stephanie joined the board with the goal of helping to grow awareness of the club within the Centennial community and enhancing communication with members of the club.
Stephanie works as a Sr. Marketing Manager at DecoPac. In her spare time, she enjoys mountain biking, running, skiing and just being outside. Send her pictures from events and she would love to get them up on the club’s website and Facebook page!
Rick is in his second year with Centennial SC. A former college professor with a background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Finance, he has made the transition from teaching upper-level management courses to teaching the principles of attacking and defending. Rick has National Soccer Coaches Association of America's Advanced National, National Goalkeeping and Director of Coaching certifications. When not wearing his Centennial SC hat, Rick coaches high school soccer at Holy Family Catholic High School, serves on Minnesota Youth Soccer Association's Youth Academy Program Committee and has recently been added to MYSA's Parents and Coaches Together (PACT) seminar program as an instructor. In his time off, Rick is fortunate enough to coach our very talented U18C1 Girls team.
